The Ombudsperson’s mission is to mediate between students and the university’s teaching or administrative personnel, safeguard lawfulness in the context of academic freedom, respond to cases of mismanagement and safeguard the good functioning of the university. The Ombudsperson may make inquiries either on their own initiative or following a complaint filed by a student and mediate in the appropriate bodies. The Ombudsperson does not examine issues related to grades or student evaluations.
