Pre-doctoral Fellowships in Hellenic Studies 2023-2024: Call for applications

Harvard’s Center for Hellenic Studies is pleased to offer up to 3 year-long fellowships to Ph.D. candidates from Greek universities, regardless of their faculty of enrollment, who conduct research on topics related to ancient Greek civilization and have completed at least one year of studies. During their appointment, fellows will complete a semester-long research project of their own choice and will be invited to participate in various CHS activities to share their findings and collaborate with other fellows and members of the CHS community.

The fellowship award includes access to Harvard University’s online databases and resources, a 10-day educational trip to CHS in Washington DC, invitations to present and publish the outcomes of the research project and attend meetings, as well as a research fund of €1000. Fellows will receive academic support and mentorship during the fellowship appointment by the academic committee of the program.

The application deadline is on Thursday, February 16, 2023.
